Blaine Sumner will be doing some teaching for them, I thought he was a world champ. Donno, but they have some beasts connected with what they do.

IIRC blaine did held the SHW raw total record in 2015, i watched him do it in person

From my personal experience, I got stuck on my 225 bench for a long time..
Could not rep it proper 8 times.. (when I have 8x on a certain weight I move on).
Then I started an overtraining program by mike rashid, and added pause reps in to that.
As example when you train chest and you will bench flat, you bench 250x in 30 minutes 8 seconds rest max @ lightweight based on your own strenght, I used 60 kilos total because I can never fail 60 kilos (I did not have a spotter) Then your next excersize will be incline bench take 10 plates of 2.5kg on each side, do 10 reps and take 1 off both sides untill they are all gone, them bring em all back 1 by 1 (Pyramide sets) Then as last excersize do something to burn out like push ups, last man standing with 2 budds.
And watch how rip your chest is the next day, you will notice the workout the next day.
And also.. I find all those know it alls on youtube utterly worthless, some pieces of information is good, but put in the work and keep surprising your muscles, and push yourself to the limit every now and then.

E: When I started overtraining, I blased though 225 and got to 270 x5.
Then I got worn out by overtraining because I did it all the time, it takes alot of energy and motivation to keep that paste going.

How do you plan to bench 2-4 times a week if you kill your chest everytime?

Who the fck said anything about 4 times a week? I would recommand 1/2 a week and its also the mentality you have to change, when ur done with a set you have given it your all. You werent able to do 1 single rep more, you see people at the gym barely breaking a sweet. Push yourself every set every time thats over training

People like you should do crossfit, become injured, then become a coach and oversee the future of crossfit and never actually workout in your life ever agian.
Do whatever the fck works for you, everyone has diffrent methods.

You should start a youtube channel, tell us your new revolutionary techniques like Pyramide sets. Share your 30 minutes sets for one exercise. Personal favorite is surprising the muscle.
