There isn't bro. If you need motivation while you make better habits, do it up!
There's a shitload of trolls in here so a lot of knowledgeable OGs give shit answers or come off as dicks because we're always getting asked stupid questions by lazy people just trolling for shits n giggles.
My pops has sleep apnea. He used to snore a shit ton and not feel very well rested. He had to go to a bunch of different sleep studies but he no longer snores and sleeps well. Sleep apnea is the cessation of breathing due to a flap in your throat closing and restricting air flow, so you wake up gasping for air (in a lot of extreme cases). The study will show how many times you wake up each night from it and how many times that shit happens. Insurance will cover if. He uses it every night, never goes without. Will take some getting used to depending on if you get a full mask that covers mouth and nose or just your nose. Be prepared to have marks on your face from the straps every morning lol!
im just glad i finally got diagnosed with something.
they said that i stop breathing/wake up 10-20 times per hour and t hats only moderate sleep apea lol
i really dont care if people troll its just if its only trolls posting whats the point.
im just looking for someone who had gone through something similar as i but that's close to impossible to find as i have many medical problemos.
i found a small gym in my town that hopefully will be cheap enough for me to attend. (although i am not in a gym yet ive been walking and doing some weight lifting. and ive cut out things like soda, for the most part chocolate bars/cookies/chips.)
ive just never had any motivation to work on myself as my medical problems haver gotten worse over the years and ive had no answer for any of them.
but now i finally have an answer and at least its to a problem that will make it so i can actually function energy wise.
Problems still to solve:
i have 24/7 migraines, (started seeing doctors in 2007 when i was 10) and they have worsened extremely in the last 2-3 years.
i have upper body pain. i have 24/7 pain waist up but mostly in my shoulders/ right arm/ and my neck.
my real goal to exercising is mostly just to lose weight and hope that the pain i have lessens. idk... i just want to feel like i can leave the house without needing to worry about coming home in major pain due to every day movement.

about a year ago (maybe a lil longer) i was going to the gym for 2-3 months and had lost about 20 pounds and that was with only going to the gym. no diet changes.
everyday i was going my neck was hurting more and more and if my neck hurts it leads to worse migraine/headaches so eventually i had to stop going as i was in too much pain.
one thing i am going to focus on more this time when i am at the gym is more cardio that does not stress my neck/upper body.
with that i do not plan on doing much upper body work with any 'heavy' weights. i feel that if i just stick to more reps with smaller weights i wont feel as bad and i will be able to build muscles that can possibly help me.
