Yeah I hear you I generally eat out a lot and you can hit whatever fitness goals with frequent fast food. Just use an app like myfitnesspal to track what you're eating so you don't end up going over in calories so you can stay on track.
How would the sodium be effected by being in ketosis?
As your insulin levels drop, it becomes harder for your body to absorb sodium. Being on keto allows you to have a higher intake of sodium (it's also recommended) without the extreme negative effects.
