same here, I've always heard of "runners high," never really got it tho but as of lately if I do it first thing I feel either stupid light headed or that "high"
generally puts me in a better mood throughout the day, at least until I can hit the gym. Feel more stoic, like I respond to people differently. Def need to make it a daily routine only 3/7 days a week currently
