I give myself 1-2 cheat meals per week, I'm at maintenance though so that definitely helps, when I was on the road to 10% I didn't have a cheat meal for like two months at a time.

there is no set rule on how much weight you can increase or when.

generally you go up by 2.5 - 5lbs depending on the lift, every week, until you stall
once you plateau you switch up your training, or you can focus on going from xx weight 5x, to xx weight 6x or 7x, until you stall, then switch back to adding weight at 5x.

loosely, there is no rules set in stone for lifting dude.
if you dont follow your own bodys response and learn to lift to optimize your strengths and negate your weaknesses you'll never grow like you should.
everyone, and i mean everyone is different.
