Goat.

yeh some fukboi aussie helped me with the rep scheme a little on major lifts

Not little, just starting there heh, then moving up weekly as needed. Plus this is mine personally and the lesser load is to help practice form.

What's your opinion on straight sets (3x8) vs rep ranges (3x8-12)

I'm no professional but I'd say rather insignificant differences. One could argue more sarcoplasmic hypertrophy with the 12 rep of course.

To me the main differences would be psychological. 8-12 u might tell yourself if u don't get 12 ur a lil bich. Other days u have the I don't feel great attitude and do 8 reps.

For me I put exercises on the lower range of hypertrophy if I don't enjoy them or like doing more weight with them. Higher range for exercises I enjoy more lmao

More to the rep ranges 8-12. It could come in more handy to properly gauge progressive overload and move up if you say got 12 reps on each set for the next week
