try for 10 next week then 12 the week after that... once u get up to 20-30 miles a week consistently dont be surprised to see your 5k time drop to low 20 minutes
ran 11 miles this week
still running on treadmill right now though.. getting snow outside at the moment ....
also been running on incline some so i can get that extra breath when running normal... getting my lungs built up
