Yeah my old gym only had 1 set of 45 bumpers and only years after not having them since they opened the place. Pissed me off when noobs squatting or doing bench would come over and take em. The fuck wrong with you? Haha

toes out is going to help you push your knee's outwards while sitting back. shouders over the bar directly when you squat down to take your grip. back tight put tension into the bar, head up torso as upright as possible drive hips upward to break the floor then in while extending knee's(to use quads). the change in back angle from start to finish will be smaller the more upright you are which will make lock out easier.
