sugar
butter
olive oil
protein powder
egg
whole milk

calorie dense as fuck and not good for you

Best gains I ever made were on an ice cream for breakfast diet. Best gains as in quickest. ~35 lbs in a month and a half. Oh shit lactose

Margarine is always wrong to put in a human face hole.

That's gross as hell from my perspective because I make my best poop gains in the morning. Have to agree it'd be easy to eat ice cream on a daily basis though.

Pretty good point. @ turtol: what other dairy do you react to? Like everything? Butter? Casein? Whey? Just curious if you've found out exactly where the line is drawn. But everyone seems to think lactose is the only problem people can have with milk, and that's not so.

It was after losing 40 lb with salmonella and having to put on weight quickly for football. Yes it was very easy eating ice cream all the time lol

Roast potatoes in the oven with olive oil and seasoning
Rice pudding, can make it with coconut milk
Wheat-free pancakes
dried fruit / berries
greek yogurt with coconut oil and honey
potato salad
coconut cookies/ macaroons
fruit juice

just some ideas, wheat and lactose free

I have an Asian background, so fairly certain I'm lactose intolerant. Plenty of dairy I can't eat ice cream, milk, cheese, lots of sauces etc
