Never did individual cardio since its too boring. Try playing in some kind of a local league maybe? or do martial arts

i'm sure it's possible.

would be a bit more difficult to lose weight without cardio, though.

and being a fatty isn't exactly improving your heart health.

there's no rationalization not to do it. cardio has literally the most diverse array of workouts you can choose from.

weight loss is tough, that's for sure. but realize overcoming your own excuses is, more often than not, a huge challenge in many weight loss cases. "i don't like cardio" is exactly that.

print out trump's ugly mug and tape it to a heavy bag. sounds like fun.
