my sister was diagnosed as a teen when she literally went off the rails.

Was on meds. they made her suicidal. she slept 18-20hrs a day. The meds, in all my experiences with people like that, is that they don't work long term. They can help get someone over a hump that is particularly bad or something but yeah

She's now in her 30s and holds a job but still lives at home. I really don't think she could do it on her own. She hasn't taken meds in well over 10 years I think.

She's a pretty fucked up person. says and does really weird shit. She's also probably the most selfish person I've ever known. She's such a bitch it's unbelievable.

She still says and does fucked up shit and apparently sees and hears things but meds make her worse. I'm still on the fence about whether she just says it or if it's true or not.

She seems to get really bent out of shape any time she is rejected. She has HUGE rejection issues.

Schizophrenics are tough people to be associated with.. Terrible set worth, yet they feel like they only matter.. Horrible hygiene, selfish, lazy, egotistical.. That disease sucks, because any shred of a normal person is gone when that disease takes over

sorry man, it's always more difficult to deal with someone you know well/family. I'm just calling a spade a spade in my sisters case.

She's done and seems to consistently do pretty terrible things to people, especially my mother.

And she's extremely deceitful and manipulative, which are 2 of the worst traits a person can have.

Even before she went off the rails when I was 13 she was really fucked in the head and so mean it's unbelievable.

I would not wish her issues on anyone, but with how cruel she was growing up, I don't have a lot of compassion for her most days either.

What was she doing?
