No pics for now til the end of the month, but I weighed in at 230lbs today. I don't look any fatter, but I definitely look more muscular (though I do have my work cut out for me for a cut). Adding in lunges for leg day in addition to the lifts I already do. Measurements have gone up quite a bit, especially shoulders. More than filling out shoulders on large shirts. Bicep measurement is going up steadily. Chest and back doing awesome. Legs need more work even though I'm not skipping any days. The gains are real. Lifts are all going up just as fast as my weight is.
I'm starting my cut some time in December, likely in the second week. That gives me 6 more weeks. I am forecasting my ending weight to be about 6x1.25 = 7.5lbs heavier, so 237.5lbs.
I know what most would say "Too many calories taper them down weight gain too fast". But the muscle gain and strength gain has been massive. I have never been this big or strong.
My last shoulder day I pressed 135 overhead for 7 reps (4 weeks ago 3 reps was my max at 135, and before that it was 95 was my max at 5 reps).
My last chest day I did 215 for 6 reps, after having blasted my chest for 4 sets leading up to that.
