Once you go back you never go back. Your body most likely isn't going back to produce your original level of Hormones. It might get back to a respectable amount depending on how you did it but not as much.

Think about it thoroughly before making this decision.

Turn it into a routine, find calorie dense easy to eat foods. Eventually you'll build an appetite, I used to struggle so much eating 3kcals/day, now I overeat my 4,100 every fuking day. Almost rip abs

Forcefeeding on a daily. I add 100 ml of olive oil to my meals everyday. Easy Kcals especially in rice.


Lolololol this. On a weekend wake up late and start drinking and forget to eat, literally 2kg difference the next day that somehow takes 2 weeks to get back.
