I've been lifting about 3 times a week instead of 4 like I originally planned.

Mostly to keep myself in shape. Also trying to build a beastly grip and forearms.

I'm back to repping the 300HG grippers. Feels awesome.

It's not a proper close if you can't pinch a sheet of paper with the gripper.
