I'm not in a position to give the answers as I don't know enough about it. But I won't be the person to be a troll about it? Thanks though

Ok so what you do to build muscle is this. you pick some heavy stuff up, then you put it down. pick it up, put it down. Get really good at it and increase the weight as often as possible. nobody cares about form, just make sure you lift the weight and put it down

On a serious now what Wretch said. good words for a beginner.

there's no one-size-fits-all answer to such a generic question.

start exercising doing things you like. start eating whole foods. form the habits first. once your goal is clear and your habits are formed, take the initiative to do research (DO NOT CONSULT THIS SF) and work something out to suit said goal.

yeah i plan on starting to work out.. I am not a fatty or anything i just want to look fit

i am 6 foot tall weigh 195 lbs.... 29 years old.... as i grow older i just worry about my health

so far i have been doing pushup's, situp's, and running a mile every other day... i work a real physical job so i dont have much time to go to the gym after work as im so tired.. i cut and climb tree's for a living so thats a work out itself

any advice would be greatly appreciated... ive also been drinking the whey protein drinks and eating protein

full body work out 3days / week

lift heavy around 90%-100% of your 1mr , 5rep max. Eat heavy more calories than you burn, 30% prot , 50% carbs , 20% fats that from foods. Add 1-3 protein shakes and dont count these calories.
should be enough

As if spending a lot of time to learn about a simple thing is a merit somehow. How to lift to get gains that most people want can be simplified in two to three sentences. Why not just ask?

Fuck whole foods, only eat half foods OP. Better yet, stringy foods. Yeah like ramen. Lots of ramen. With creatine on top.
