I was dumbbell pressing on a large inflatable ball with the so called 1,200lb limit and I had 60's in each hand, thats when I heard a hissing sound, then "POP", I fell before I had time to release the dumbbells, my triceps were flat on the floor and my forearms were perfectly perpendicular to the ground so those 60lbers damn near broke both my forearms, I was sore for awhile after that. That was embarrassing to say the least, jus glad I didn't get fucked up bad.
