What other leg workouts can I do that won't impact my knee?
My upper body is muscular, but I have chicken lehs now and my calves look really bad. I want to build back up slowly by building muscles that are used for squats.
Depending on what is actually wrong I would stay clear and not try to crush weights.
would incorporate stretches and leg movement exercises in the mean time, yoga stretches help too
