What other leg workouts can I do that won't impact my knee?

My upper body is muscular, but I have chicken lehs now and my calves look really bad. I want to build back up slowly by building muscles that are used for squats.

Depending on what is actually wrong I would stay clear and not try to crush weights.

would incorporate stretches and leg movement exercises in the mean time, yoga stretches help too

i know standing calf raises have some knee impact, but seated calf raises have very little, if any!

Work on a wider stance, I got shitty knees in general. Fucked with my stance for awhile, but got something that works.

no, an mri is a waste of $ if you have obvious signs of a fibular fracture

Lately, when I am sitting on my chair, I feel like this tight pain on my right knee. When I stand it is okay, but when I sit for a long duration, I feel this tight discomfort.
