I don't think biotin would help prevent hair loss. It just helps hair health iirc

Fathers dad - Still kickin' it and not bald.
Mom's dad - Went kinda bald.

Fathers brother - Bald.

I guess about 40-60, got super thick hair which also grows really fast.
And my dad is 55 and just started getting thinner hair.
