That's very close! I got here from 40lbs away in 5 weeks. I think form had more of a factor these last 40lbs rather than strength.
I tried doing my own programming before but I'm too potato lmao, I ran Canditos for 2 cycles before this, but now I'm back to linear progression on mad cows, but 2x a week deadlifts and a lot of arm (tricept accessories on Monday and Friday, and a lot of pull-ups and chins on Wednesday)
