I'd say your bench is fine compared to your bodyweight, and obviously all your other lifts are great.

Still no butt tho

Ehh bench could be better, body weight is going up so hopefully that'll have a big factor.

That's very close! I got here from 40lbs away in 5 weeks. I think form had more of a factor these last 40lbs rather than strength.

I tried doing my own programming before but I'm too potato lmao, I ran Canditos for 2 cycles before this, but now I'm back to linear progression on mad cows, but 2x a week deadlifts and a lot of arm (tricept accessories on Monday and Friday, and a lot of pull-ups and chins on Wednesday)
