Just got done at the gym, did 20 min of HIIT and an hour of lifting. Chest and bi's today, them drop sets killed it!


Breakfast was good, 3 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with some natural pb. MMMM gud.

Oh yeah, I cut my fasting from 20 hour bullshit to 16 hour, I couldn't handle 20 hours of no eating.. Nor could I put down almost 2k calories in 4 hours.

Last day for the gym for almost a week.. Working 5 12s starting tomorrow, so that'll be enough for me..

Any tips on simple at home workouts I could bang out before or after work?

A guy I workout with takes his kid to the playground monday - friday.
Take a walk with her, go cycling. Pokemon Go if you're into that kind of thing :D

There are many little programs that can be found on youtube.

Getting remicade this morning, afterwards off to the gym =D.

Finally getting over that hump I hit after that kid too, ugh.. Feeling good, keeping my diet right and my weight down!
