Haven't measured in quite a while but I think my most recent measurement was:

arms: 17.5"
calves: 17"
quads: 26"
waist: 29"
chest: 44"

weight:
shy of 200lbs

height:
6 foot blank

body fat: 5.3% with fat caliper using three site method / bodybuilding.com's formula.

6'2" -210lbs
33/34" waist
15" bicep (My left one is 14.5".... :angry: )
25.5" quad
17" calves

No supplements except b12/iron (I'm Vegan)
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so gotta keep down protein consumption and sadly can't lift heavy weights so i do lots of rowing, pushups, running and cycling. Trying to get back into swimming

That really sucks. I have arthritis in my hands and wrist from time to time. I just got a second job in a restaurant; when I am in the dish pit my hands hurt later from gripping slippery dishes all night.

I found that going vegan and having no oils (including vegetable oils) lowered my pain by 98%..
I just have to be careful not to lift heavy weights because it is simply not good for my joints since they had so many years of being attacked by my antibodies.

My wife is a family medicine doctor at Mayo Clinic and recommenda it to her patients all the time. You don't have to have Rheumatoid arthritis to reep the benefits, it 'cures' degenerative too.
