I'm thinking about it too but I want to see if I can track for a LONG time without getting bored.
23 pounds is great but don't go too fast now that you've lost a good amount. Slow down and start doing resistance exercise if you are not already depending on what you can do with your current situation.
It's been over the course of months. Cutting sugars helped drop a good bit.
