the label in the picture is out of date. it has 45mg sodium per 420mg potassium. great way to get good fats + potassium in your diet. i eat it with store-bought guacamole (also very low sodium with high potassium).

my local walmart didn't have it, but they did have an avocado oil chips which has similar nutritional content. i just buy this on amazon.

You can buy plastic fork, spoon, knife and plates. No dishes.

ya'll not letting me off easy so fine

I recently started taking a medication that has a side effect of interacting with my urine and requires me to go light on sodium as I won't be cleansing it out at the normal rate. Even at my current pace of drinking 3 liters of water per day, I still have to watch it.

The 'not dirtying dishes' is all about avoiding roommate conflict. Paper/plastic utensils won't allow me to boil eggs, cook meat or open cantaloupes.

After another trip to the grocery store, I spent extra time looking and I was able to find some yogurt, pudding and canned fruit that all had very low sodium. I decided I am just going to go down to 500 calories per day so I can manage everything I want. If this doesn't work, I'm probably just going to give up trying to be healthy.

Do you not have a dishwasher? Would only cause issues if you left them in the sink right?
