Like...HIIT vs endurance cardio. Assuming same caloric deficit, your physique should look better if you do HIIT instead of endurance since HIIT favors muscle retention. If we are talking efficiency in terms of time spent doing cardio, HIIT burns more calories in less time.
Basically if you want to activate Ethiopia mode, do endurance, if you want to look good, train with high intensity.
