Well I'm not purposely following an IF diet, or any kind of diet of sorts. I just starting delaying my breakfast more and more until I ended up adapting to not being hungry until about 4 hours after waking up. Then I went from eating a binge meal 20 mins before bed time to gradually eating further and further away from bed time until I got used to being full after eating 4 hours before bed time.
Its not really fasting, but since I "fast" 4 hours after waking up, 4 hours before going to bed and 8 hours during sleep... That means there's 16 hours where I don't eat, and an 8 hour window where I do eat.
