i dont think u understand on how creatine works

using creatine and doin chest work outs will/should make your chest bigger. makes your muscles retain some water and makes you have bursts of energy making you able to push more weight around. i get the jist of it.

yea but you lose some gains after you stop cycling

you need to cycle creatine u cant take it every month not recommanded anyways

If you're here to learn don't listen to the guy who just started lifting .

Listen to Aube. I'm not saying he cannot be wrong but he's what every natty lifter should strive to be like. He knows his stuff, trust him and listen and you'll receive gains.


You do not need to cycle Creatine, you also don't need to load it.
