wish i took a pic of the burrito i just made and ate it was amazing. i think im gonna do a few more leg lifts before bed still though... im starting to see outer lines around the out side of my ab's like ( ) so i think its working

You're not gonna get results that fast lol.

Someone more educated can possibly explain why you should do all your ab exercises at the same time instead of spreading them out over the day. Still, better than nothing, but you wanna keep all dat blood and oxygen in the muscles your working and go until you can't anymore, then go some more.

E: I doubt someone explains further since this thread looks like a troll homie..

i went until fail earlier twice. i just did leg lifts until fail again now. i don't really care if people think it's a troll lol. i know my stomach prolly gonna hurt bad af at work tomm

DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) will go away as you continue to work out. Just stick with it man.

since you like videos, try finding the p90x ab workout. It's like 20-30mins IIRC and that shit raped me. I couldn't finish it the first time I tried it lol

holy shit i tried this before with my friend.. hes like dont go so hard theres still another 10 mins. i thought it was easy in beginning but only made it like 5 mins into the video. i just don't like the guy talking he pisses me off haha

i eat mcdonalds every day pwo... i get either a fish filet meal with 50/50 sweet tea and a extra sandwich.. or a artisan chicken meal with a fish filet or chicken snack wrap. grilled ofc.
