Not a mini seizure haha it's your muscles relaxing and your brain thinks you're falling and sends that impulse/jolt

A guy in my gym also has these short moments of total black out when lifting weight.

He did a lot of drugs back in the day, but cleaned up pretty well.

If I were you I would see a doctor and explain the situation.

I'm active, I don't do a lot of cardio but I lift 5 days a week extremely hard. I was awake for 30+ hours and didn't eat/drink a lot the day before. I read it could be sleep related.

I used to take prescription painkillers but it has been a long time.

Like most people I get light headed when pulling or dead lifting if I don't breathe lol.. this was completely random though. Kind of felt like I was getting electrocuted, I just had no control over my body besides trying to sit down because I knew I was going to fall!

Seeing my doctor on Thursday, soonest I could get in

I had a comprehensive less than 6 months ago and all my values were within normal range, sans the test. I've been off test for 4 months. I will be checking all of this out on Thursday, though.

Ya turns out it was low insulin and combination of low blood pressure/not sleeping and how I sat down. Ended up seeing a doc yesterday apparently not dying
