i always do 4-5 sets each exercise because i mix low and high reps
first set 20-25 reps
second set 15-20
third and fourth set 10-15 reps
all moderate weight
only 30 second breaks between sets
I just keep going until im at the gym about an hour, never counting total sets
if i spend 5 minutes on each exercise, that is approximately 12 exercises or 50 sets on one bodypart
high volume> 3 sets
