how is it worse for your knees? afaik keeps your knees warm and lets the (siyalatic?) fluid flowing etc
fake e/ also candito is prick, 117.5kg squat for 10, then 120 for 5x3 with 45 secs rest. then an even harder 10x3 2 days from now... is he on fuking crack.

yaa dood, here for another 10 months or so then heading back home!



Causes the cartilage in your knee to compress and grind down over time. If you're not injured, there's 0 reason to lift in sleeves outside of trying to put up bigger numbers, or if you're too lazy to properly warmup your joints etc.

I thought u wanted that stuff to grindow N over time, all the built up calcium grid dim down is good on your joints...
