I was barely adding any fat until the holidays then i went full retard , and even then I still wasn't fat but my abs were pretty much gone unless good lighting.

What's time difference between those? Great transformation forreal! What are your current goals? Pretty sure your last thread was asking about cutting carbs and I mentioned keto. You still trying to cut or gain weight/get stronger?

Surprises me how big you look for 170 lbs at 6"1. I'm the same but at 175 lbs and look smaller.

Big improvement for you in between those pics, but also a big improvement from a while back when you had bulked to like 200 lb

If you got cut up you'd probably be surprised how big you look (at least to everyone else) with just you in the picture and no one else to compare to side by side.

But ya I agree he looks good. I never saw the picture of him @ 200lbs. Post that shit dirtmcgirt! If you were 180 in the first pic I'm curious to see

You're probably right. I'm pretty lean atm, although maybe not as lean as dirtyman. Infact I look leaner than I was at 170, that's definitely an indication to continue bulking...who knows I might go to 200!

It's a 5 year difference, first few years I was spinning my wheels . Extreme skinny fat is a hard base to start from.

I'll post my 200 lb pic but it was actually 195 never hit the 200.

Also I'll pot my Lats later, my back is my strongest imo


My goal is to cut a few more lbs and then very slow put as much weight on as I can while staying lean, going to be working hard on power/explosiveness/agility
