People who get them bad almost look like they have a rope burn or actual thin ass rope under their skin. My friend has them real bad on his shoulders/chest from football

I've got them on my biceps and back of legs. I used bio oil on my biceps but I didn't see much of a change. Might give cocoa butter a try, but I don't even know if it's worth it considering I've had the marks for over a year now.
