Used to get yucky 2-3 times a week(weekends) had a year period where I had trouble with it as I would get sick after few beers.
Slowly coming out of it now but cutting as I'm fat af, so just stick to drugs

Doesn't provide much nutritional benefit and it's expensive so I don't see the attraction

The attraction is getting wasted, which can be fun in and of itself. I'm not making an argument in favour of drinking, just stating the main reason why people do.

Not really any evidence that shows drinking moderate amounts has any noticeable effects on gains.

doyoueven?

I've seen few of your posts and they were full of crap (might be a coincidence but i don't think so).
I won't even argue about that statement, you just like to make fuzz around yourself, and yes i still claim drinking beer is a total gainkiller.

I can have a great time without alcohol and I don't have much steam to let off. I have a home and food and I'm getting a good stimulating education, my life is pretty great to be honest. I don't have to rely on any substance to make my life bearable because I choose to make it awesome. It's a pretty neat thing to be truly happy

You make it sound like you can't have an awesome life with alcohol. It's nice to indulge occasionally and even get drunk every now and then. It's quite fun with the right people and that relaxing effect is pretty nice. The hangovers suck royally, though. Drinking for the sake of drinking or to make life bearable, now that's where one might want to reconsider his habits. Some alcoholic drinks also taste pretty good. Idk if it's the acquired taste + association, but it doesn't matter.

You can claim it but you're wrong. None of my posts are crap. Maybe years ago, but not today.
