This type of diet requires a lot of time and effort, which compared to the actual benefits (a lot of which is based on shaky evidence) make it completely unnecessary to adopt for any other reason than a perceived interest in the wellbeing of animals.

Also you're not a vegetarian if you eat fish.

you didnt try to sway us at all. you just posted a paragraph about how much better being a vegan is with no facts to back it up and then got mad when we didnt automatically take your word for it.

Well you said vegetarian and considering fish is a large part of many people's diets I think it is an important distinction to be made.

I would argue that it is more immature and unenlightened of you to not post evidence of what you claim to be true, on the mere assumption that we would disregard it. That is very condescending hence the hostility towards you
