try massive smoothies with
whole milk (less lactose than skim or 1%) or almond milk
add banana(s) and peanut butter, steel cut oats, yogurt or kefir, olive oil, avocado, spinach or kale
get crazy man
depending on how lactose intolerant he is, whole milk will trap him in the bathroom. my tolerance is around 0.3g lactose, and a cup of milk has around 13g.
i usually take a lactase pill if i'm consuming more than 1 scoop of protein powder.
