if you want better grip, try rock climbing if you can. hold heavy weight, some gyms have that machine you put the plate on and sit down and there are two handles hooked up to the plate and you squeeze it.the towel idea was great for the pull ups or you could just hold on tight for as long as possible.
also google tendon gliding exercise, really good stuff.
yeah man, like to think back. things just overall seemed more exciting back then, maybe it's an age thing.
now games that come out IMO are super dry and I only play the new COD's for like 2-4 weeks till I get bored of them and abandon.
I heard about rock climbing for this/done it a few times, can def say it rails the fingers, wasn't so much the crush strength but finger hold strength. I'll give those things a look while im waiting for the grippers
