Knows little to nothing about working out or nutrition.

Posts in my thread to talk shit about my workout program and kettlebells.

Seems legit.

I did no such thing. Who are you

I've been on creatine monohydrate for about 2 full weeks now. I think the strength is coming strictly from getting stronger and not creatine but idk.

No. But I won't deny having said that. Definitely did not insuit your workout. Asked what the sudden trend is around kettle bells.

Ps I'm a noob at lifting. No question about it. Never claimed to be a pro. No idea why you're so defenseless tho.

It just made me chuckle. So does your selective memory.

When should I start cutting?

Feeling bloated everyday from all this food and feeling fat. At 158 right now. Just had lunch. I can do 125 for 5x5 now. Should I wait until 1RM is near body weight?

Rule of thumb is don't go above 20% or you will have hard time cutting.
125 what?

Did bench today and can do 5 reps of 135 after 4x5 125
No clue what my max is but maybe around body weight (155)

Is that enough to start slowly cutting?

Also... if I start to eat maintenance but super clean like less than 200carb less than 35fat and rest proteins totalling like 2100cal can I lose fat and keep getting stronger?

i think you're doing it wrong

You can stay at the same BF % +\- 5% and still increase your lifts. Ur obviously a noob. I'd eat at a slight surplus until you get stronger because you're very weak. That said, idk if you want to be stronger or just look good. Me personally, I wouldn't even go to a big gym when I was benching 1 plate

Edit: didn't read your last paragraph so to answer that, yes you can. And when I said you're obviously a noob, was just reiterating what you'd previously said. :D

Got a huge plate of free sandwiches at work and ate that the past 3 days. Like 500g carb and 70g fat per day. Feeling super fat. I might do what you suggest. Get stronger aND keep at it

Personally I never wanted to be able to be swole af. Just want to get a sizeable amount of lean muscle.
