5:40am 1) 3 eggs + oatmeal + sliced bananas + fresh berries (frozen)
7:45am 2) 40g whey isolate powder (PWO)
10:00am 3) brown rice, black beans, plain greek yogurt, sliced black olives, shredded cheddar, homemade salsa (tomatoes, cilantro, onion, lime juice), avocado slices, 1tbsp yumm sauce,
12:45pm 4) tuna patty made with egg white and oatmeal + over chopped romaine with evoo/balsamic + homemade guac (ripe avo, tomatoes, onions, lemon/lime juice, cilantro)
3:30pm 5) 16oz protein smoothie - berries, plain yogurt, pb, 20g whey powder, ice, milk, kale
6:30pm 6) 4oz grilled chicken breast, w/ fresh carrots and broccoli (boiled)
9:00pm 7) 1/2 cup cottage cheese + tbsp pb
