The bottom line is that passing the tests means you are able to perform the job adequately enough. No doubt that being bigger and stronger would help in certain situations, though it's probably not even necessary

Lmao, relax nerd. I never once said that your body type limited your ability to do the job. I said "I personally wouldn't want someone who LOOKS like you to be my backup in a situation like that." There's a difference between your ability and the reassurance you give others based upon their own personal opinions. It has nothing to do with being a "douchebag". And I went to school for criminal justice, I didn't learn it watching tv. Not that I value the degree I have at all, because I honestly don't care about it at all.

Like I said, I hope you reach all of your fitness goals.

A couple days early on the monthly update, but I'll be working on the 1st of April, so I figured I might as well do it now.

Up to 35# on both swing and get-up, using the 20# for my warm-up (goblet squats and halos).
Unfortunately the only real physical change is the haircut.

try to take photo in same exact spot each time, with same pose

before u had both arms up, which makes pecs seem to carry less weight. no offense, but this second photo seems the same. and if i didnt know, id say this photo was the before.

just saying. lighting seems different, closer pic, and arms positioned differently

I'll make sure to do that in the next update. I'll have to figure out how far away I was standing in the first one. It's the same spot, I think the lighting seems different because I'm closer to the mirror.

Id also have to say they look pretty similar. Have you been keeping track of your weight or just going by the pics? Dont get discouraged this shit takes time.

No loss in weight. No gain either, though, so I guess it could be worse. Besides, a month isn't really all the long, so I'll just have to see how it goes month to month.

Probably time to look at your diet after a month with no movement.

Agreed. This has been the hardest part, with my wife working at a pizza shop, it's all to easy to have pizza almost every night of the week. My self-control has been garbage, but luckily she's done working there this week, since we're moving soon. Hopefully I can be stricter with myself and the food going into this temple-in-progress.
