No, he isn't. His wall plan is just to appeal to the lowest common dominator , they usually don't vote but they will this year and I guarantee this election will have one of the highest voter turn outs ever. Also trump isn't a full on conservative which is great, I do like some liberal ideas , but going full retard like Bernie and Hilary is no good.
