body solid gpr378
about to pull the trigger on this
will fit in my 80" ceiling with the lat attachment (hi/low pulley) since i can position it between rafters
now i just need to get some flooring, a bench that can incline/decline, olympic bar and weight (looking on craigslist for these) and a curl bar
also am considering a dip stand/knee raise tee, only problem is they are all so tall and the pullup bar would be useless since the ceilings are so low

im basically stuck between a few options
keep in mind, my ceilings are 81" at the base of rafters, with an additional 1' or so available if properly spaced (it is the top crossmember bars that would be an issue, not front to back cross members that can be positioned within the rafter gaps)
one main question i have to people with home gyms is this: how essential is a hi/low pulley? i would like to be able to do lat pulldowns (Since pullups will be an issue with low ceilings) and also seated rows. are these as essential as i think they are? would it be better to invest in a more solid power rack without the lat attachment and target these workouts elsewhere with either other equipment or modifying my workout routine?
the body solid gpr378 power rack with lat attachment (hi/low pulley) will run me $800 shipped. this will fit with the lat attachment no modification required. only issue with this is the bottom rear cross member will get in the way of toes on squats and with the bench for incline bench, not to mention having the lat attachment to lessen even more space. also not thrilled about 3" hole spacing

titan h3 power rack with dip attachment and spotter arms will run me $489. this would require a bit of modification to make it fit, and also is required to be bolted down. con- no lat attachment for hi/low pulley.

the last option for a rack is the tds c-8515 available through new york barbells for $640 + shipping. will require modification to fit in the basement. has spotty reviews on the quality

as far as everything else goes, this pretty much covers everything else i think i will need... except for olympic weight and dumbbells, which i would like to get on craigslist. i have also left out various grips for a lat attachment because i am not sure how essential it is
been looking at a body solid incline/decline bench for $230
https://www.fitnessfactory.com/Home/Item/5792/GFID100/Body-Solid_Heavy_Duty_Adjustable_Bench/
also looking at a body solid knee raise/station for $300
https://www.fitnessfactory.com/Home/Item/3160/GVKR60/Body-Solid_Vertical_Knee_Raise_Dip_Station/#tabs
4'x6' rubber flooring for $50
https://www.fitnessfactory.com/Home/Item/3048/RF46/Rubber_Floor_Mat_3_8__Thick/
and a 7' olympic bar for $80
https://www.fitnessfactory.com/Home/Item/5608/OB86-/7__Olympic_Bar_-_Chrome/
so, what do you guys think?
