DO NOT wear cargo shorts. unless you have no style... it's 2016 ffs. if you want actual "style" for cheap try H&M. If you want something more relaxed beachy trendy, check Tilly's or pacsun online find a brand or something you like then search for same brand on cheaper websites (ebay) etc sell's all last years clothes cheap

also try forever 21 now has a mens section. they sell "trendy" clothes

dude i wear cargo shorts all the time during the summer, i have to so i can carry enough condoms to fuck all the sloozes that wana bang cuz im rockin cargo shorts and a cut off.
