thats possible ive also switched up my grip from close to more wide to take some of the work off of my triceps.

Ever tried a superset of incline dumbell press + incline dumbell fly?

Incline dumbell fly gives me best mind-muscle connection with my pecs / upper pecs. Really focusing on that squeeze.

I do 45lbs dumbells for press, then switch to 20lbs for flies.

if u cant hold ur camera while ur benching, well thats ur problem

ur form must be bad then

learn to hold camera and bench.

its like u gotta first wax on wax off before u can actually move on to the real thing, karate

I find that weighted dips build my chest better than any other exercise. Maybe give it a shot and see if they work for you too?

i already do weighted dips with a 45.
