Everyone had been telling me to lower my calorie intake but a scoop of my protein powder is only 130 calories with 1.5g fat and 5 carbs. So I'll take oatmeal or something alone with these or whatever I need more of like cheesesticks fruit veggies etc.

To be honest I'm just looking for a good workout plans that will give me big calves, legs, shoulders, abs, arms and all that other stuff. Just wanting to look good to be honest and be strong at the same time for my weight at least



They mean eat enough to fuel your body but 200-300 less than your daily routine calories.

I would start cardio lightly 1-2 days a week, then increase every few weeks so your body doesn't stalemate.

Also you eat a lot of powder, real food is better, limit to 2 shakes max per day

What about a protein shake with oatmeal in the morning, protein bar with a sandwich for lunch, and steak or whatever family makes for dinner then before I go to bed eat casein powder?

2 protein shakes + 1 protein bar
