Ive done it for every cut for the past 3 years

wouldn't do it any other way tbh

love it, so productive in the fasted part of the day. once i start eating i just want to chill the fuck out

i usually fast like 10pm to 2-5pm depending if training day or not.

more of a life style thing for me rather than a way to lose weight so i wouldn't go out of my way to do it just because i expect amazing results from it

Input vs output IF is all about feeling full but maintaining your goals by stuffing yourself along a shorter spread of hours vs other trendy diet fads.... Calories in vs calories out whether you are gaining or cutting ... I laugh at some of these responses, bro science for life I guess. Do whatever works for you

Do some research before spouting off random nonsense

Its more than just calories in and calories out

-Being Fasted, Working out fasted (Optional)
-1-2 Meals a day vs 4-6 Meals a day

INB4 comparing to what professional bodybuilders do while on gear, training 2-3 times a day

Calories in vs calories out is the only way your body doesn't have an internal clock, but you do whatever works for you, I'm just saying its non sense, and idk where your getting steroids from an IFBB would never fuck with some trendy shit anyways
