Lol ive had a pull up bar since I was a little kid.
Pull ups were my thing and you get to a point where you can just throw your whole body up there.
I can only max out at 29 lol. I was superrr skinnny though. Didnt eat much and worked out all the time =\
my brother was able to do 35+ after his boot camp and he said top dogs were doing 60+ lol
i guess they make you do so many pullups, push ups, and situps that you end up figuring out cheap ways to do it with your whole body.
His body looks like a snake when he does it

Like you want to make it slow and pretty but it takes everything out of you.
People who do 30+ probably have horrible form dude.
I mean even after 15...you just want to get your fucking chin over the bar as fast as you can
Edit: I just did 11 super slow ones....and that's all i could do. Huge difference lol. Maybe a few more but i'm not feeling it at the moment.
