yeah i think im just going to take like 2 weeks off of these exercises and let it chill for a bit, as much as i hate taking time off, its my best bet. I've had to learn this the hard way lol

I Had pain in my shoulders once while doing bench presses.

I adjusted form and followed 2 exercises and do them before and after my chest / shoulder workout.

NEVER had any problem after.

The two exercises are:

And got no video for the next one.

I grab a barbell of 2-4 pounds (we got a plastic one rofl) as wide as possible and hold it in front of me, then raise it and lower it gradually behind me while keeping shoulder equal and in check.
