Sure my biceps are a little sore but that's it... My legs are like stones after leg day but the day after they're fine.
Everyone responds differently to workouts. Some people are sore for days, some are mildly sore and others don't feel it at all.
If your workout is correct, don't worry about it. Get some nutrients to your muscles and demand them to grow.
Also, if you have taken protein shakes I have some bad news for you, brother. You ain't natural anymore, sorry.
