Whey does not provide the calories that a gallon of milk does, wtf. Gomad is just an easy way to bulk and make sure you're eating/drinking enough calories. Not that I'd recommend it, but if u really want weight gain that badly, go for it.

No point in that, you get so much fluid for such a little amount of macros. You're gonna be bloated all the time and drinking all that milk becomes a chore. The fats are saturated so theyre not very desireable.

Better just get the protein from whey and fill the rest of the caloric intake with cheap carbs or fats. The latter you can choose to be unsaturated, so it gets healthier. It would probably hurt your wallet less, too.

I don't disagree m9. I was just stating the reasons one might do it.

People were saying why not just get whey and like creatine? Makes no sense, that's totally different lol.

I'd definitely go w chocolate milk if I were to try it lol.

That was me. Never understood the whole GOMAD thing; seems like a sh!t way to try and hit macros.

If you're on dat dere bulk, whey / creatine is usually the gospel go-to, innit?

My stance on it still stand but I won't deny GOMAD is easy to do because it's a lot a calories and it's liquid while still being cheap.

Many people fail to gain weight despite taking that there whey / creatine.

How many people fail to gain weight while drinking a gallon of milk a day..? A gallon of milk is easy to keep track of, and $3.50 for a days worth of food is not expensive at all.

I... guess?

I mean, I'll concede that once you have the macros for your gallon, you just plug that in every day, on top of everything else.

Though, I suspect that the people that *actually* track macros are a bit more diligent, and wouldn't need to just chug milk e'rry day. Just the way I see it.

You actually eat as you would AND add the milk on top. It's just something to gain a lot of weight in a short time period. Its best used when doing a high volume/frequency training like Smolov.

I s'pose it helps if you're not sensitive to milk. =p

If I tried to put down a gallon inside of a day, I'd be evacuating all dem gainz on the throne constantly...
