Delts - Seated DB shoulder press

Back - Pendlay Rows

Chest - Incline BB bench

Biceps - None. I despise all versions of curls... honestly.

Triceps - CG bench

Legs - I suppose squat. Legs and I have a love hate relationship. I hate doing them, but PRs come so easy.
